JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for setup, operation and monitoring of CNC Turn Mill machines for manufacturing high precision Husky Stack Components while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are achieved

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Set up and operate CNC Turn Mill machines.
• Load tools, fixtures and set offsets.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections.
• Monitor machining performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues.
• Record production and downtime data.
• Maintain 5S, Lean and EHS compliance.

TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1. Strong knowledge in Machining environment – CNC Turning/ Turn mill.
2. knowledge of 5S and GD&T standards
3. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, etc. gauges (moveable and fixed) used in the CNC Machines
4. Skills in basic problem solving in CNC turning machine.
5. knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.
6. Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

Diploma in mechanical (DME) with experience in CNC Turning / Turn mill operation.

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years in CNC Turn mill.
• Experience in Tool making industry/ Precision components Manufacturing/ Automotive manufacturing.
