HUSKY Injection Molding Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd in Chennai is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician CNC Turn Mill to join our on-site manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC Turn Mill operation, setup, inspection, and troubleshooting experience in a 3-shift environment. You will read engineering drawings, GD&T, perform in-process and final inspections, and ensure parts meet quality standards while adhering to 5S and Lean practices.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in CNC Turn Mill machine operations, setup, inspection, and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, precision measurement and manufacturing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up CNC Turn Mill machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using bore gauges, vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting of CNC machining processes and equipment.
• Ensure components are manufactured according to specified quality and dimensional requirements.
• Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, EHS and SOPs; maintain proper production and quality documentation.
• Work independently while coordinating with production, quality and maintenance teams.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing standards in a 3-shift environment.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician CNC Turn Mill to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC Turn Mill machine operations, setup, inspection, and basic troubleshooting.

Educational Qualification
