Job summary

Husky Technologies in Chennai, India is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (CNC-Turn Mill) to set up and operate CNC Turn Mill machines for high-precision Husky Stack Components, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical (DME) with 3–5 years' CNC Turn Mill experience, understands GD&T, 5S, and can read engineering drawings; strong English communication and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical (DME) with experience in CNC Turning / Turn mill operation.
• 3-5 years in CNC Turn mill.
• Experience in Tool making industry/ Precision components Manufacturing/ Automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turn Mill machines.

• Perform first-off and in-process inspections.
• Monitor machining performance and quality.

Responsible for setup, operation and monitoring of CNC Turn Mill machines for manufacturing high precision Husky Stack Components while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are achieved.

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge in Machining environment – CNC Turning/ Turn mill.

• Skills in basic problem solving in CNC turning machine.
