Job summary

SPERTON India - Where Great People Meet is seeking a Lead Manufacturing for Ring Gear Manufacturing. You will lead a team of 6 reportees and drive daily manufacturing activities, cost variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key focus areas include OTIF, Plant OEE analysis, 5S/Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and procurement of new equipment to reduce costs while maintaining quality. BE Mechanical with 14–20 years of experience is preferred.

• DOE, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, Internal Auditor (QS-9000, TS-16949 QMS)
• KAIZEN, Poka Yoke
• Material Science & Heat-Treatment
• SMED, Seven QC Tools to solve quality problems
• Lean
