Production Supervisor

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and downtime logs. Lead or participate in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.

Quality Control & Assurance

Oversee product quality at each stage of production.

How you’ll make an impact

Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed to avoid bottlenecks.

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct training and skill development sessions for team members. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Quality Control & Assurance

Oversee product quality at each stage of production. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve defects or deviations. Implement corrective actions to maintain product standards.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements. Lead or participate in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives. Support implementation of automation or digital tools on the shop floor.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and downtime logs. Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Report KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.

Safety & Compliance

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Ensure adherence to environmental and occupational health regulations. Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
