The ideal candidate will have BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics with relevant experience and strong English/Hindi communication.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech Electrical & Electronics with 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Diploma - Electrical & Electronics with 5+ years of experience in relevant field.
  • Technical Qualification - Engineering handling trainees and getting work done.
  • Understanding of industry safety standards.
  • GEMBA Board & Chart Shift-wise production data, safety incident reports in Intelex daily management (Tier-1 & Tier-2).
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain Lean Manufacturing practices including Six Sigma and 5S.
  • Plan work schedules and manage shift to achieve output targets.
  • Assign duties to employees and trainees and monitor progress.
  • Ensure daily production goals are met and production data is reported.
  • Create production process reports and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Train and integrate new operators into the line.
  • Adhere to safety standards and enforce company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and procedures.
  • Uphold Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity values in daily work.
