Job summary

People XM in Bengaluru seeks a responsible Manufacturing Executive to support daily production operations, monitor processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

The role involves coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams, monitoring materials and inventory, and maintaining records. Freshers to 2 years experience preferred; Diploma or BE/BTech in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of quality control and workplace safety practices.
• Familiarity with inventory and material management.
• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork.
