Hsjb Business Solutions in Cochin, Kerala is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer with expertise in cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing. You will develop and optimize processes, support NPIs, and drive quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of hands-on experience in PFMEA, process flowcharts, work instructions, and tooling design for production transfers.
