Cyient Limited is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a focus on paint hang and masking tool related process planning. The role involves planning paint shop processes, tool development, and collaboration on lab tests and simulations.

Ideal candidates will have Creo modeling skills (Part/Assembly/drawing) and experience with CFD/MBd for interference studies, PFMEA, and manufacturing planning tools like MP Planner and W Planner. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• 4 years of experience in Industrial engineering with paint hang and masking tool related process planning.
• Experience in paint shop processes including Hang tool methods and masking creation.
• Proficiency in Creo Modeling – Part, Assembly and drawing, 3D animation.
• Familiar with CFD for carryover, MBd for interference studies and PFMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Plan paint shop processes and related tooling and masking.
• Carry out lab testing and support CFD/MBd analyses.
• Plan and implement process planning software like MP Planner and W Planner.
• Coordinate with projects and handle tasks independently.

4 years of experience Industrial engineering with Paint hang and masking tool related process planning

• Paint Engineer with chemical background paint shop process & Lab testing they should have 1-2 years experience.
• Experience in Resource calculation, OMS (operator method sheet)Creation,
• Experience in paint Hang tool Method creation, Masking Creation etc
• Good inexperience on Creo Modeling – Part, Assembly and drawing creations,3D animation.
• Paint Process (Dip and Spray)
• CFD for carryover, Animation or MBD for Interference study, PFMEA, E-Build Support.
• Manufacturing process planning software such as MP Planner, W Planner, IE, T1XML and Team Center Vis mockup.
• Good communication and ability to handle project independently.
