Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation goals. Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, addressing issues proactively. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts to safeguard organizational interests. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related challenges and disputes. Train, mentor, and guide staff on contract management processes and best practices. Evaluate existing contracts and recommend improvements, amendments, or process enhancements as needed. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on contract status and ensure transparency in contract management.
