Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Planning & After Sales to handle post-sales customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and manage returns and refunds in line with policies.

You will build strong customer relationships, collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to improve retention, monitor feedback for process improvements, and maintain accurate service metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, IE, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Experience in post-sales support, customer service, or SCM planning is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with English fluency.
