Responsibilities

• Lead execution of EHV transmission line projects within approved timelines.
• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Prepare, submit, and track statutory crossing proposals.
• Coordinate with authorities for timely inspections, NOCs, and approvals.
• Liaise with government authorities, district administration, and local stakeholders.
• Resolve Right-of-Way (RoW) issues to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality and ensure project specifications are met.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Project & Construction Management

• Lead execution of EHV transmission line projects within approved timelines.
• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors for smooth site execution.

2. Statutory Clearances

• Prepare, submit, and track statutory crossing proposals.
• Coordinate with authorities for timely inspections, NOCs, and approvals.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with government authorities, district administration, and local stakeholders.
• Resolve Right-of-Way (RoW) issues to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE performance and promote a strong safety culture.

5. Quality Assurance

• Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor and address quality issues to achieve successful project delivery.
