Overview

Must have experience in wind energy projects - installation and commissioning of Electrical Transmission lines and High Tension (HT) yards.

Based on the project site in Karnataka Mudgal, Raichur District. This position is responsible for leading the electrical team in the successful execution of Wind Power Projects, specifically focusing on Transmission Lines and HT yards. The Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring timely project completion, adherence to safety and quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical team responsible for the construction of Transmission lines and HT yards within the Wind Power Project.
• Actively manage ROW issues with landowners and relevant authorities.
• Ensure timely resolution of ROW conflicts to maintain project schedule with ROW vendors.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures at the project site.
• Maintain open communication with customers and address their concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and tools.
• Oversee the performance of electrical contractors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and obtain all necessary statutory and government approvals for project commissioning in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in the construction of Wind Power Projects, with a strong focus on Transmission Lines and HT yards.
• Proven experience in leading and managing electrical teams.
