Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited, a leading Indian telecom, seeks a TM – DATA Core (M1) in Hyderabad to oversee O&M of Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes and PS Core rollout. You will lead a team of packet core engineers, ensuring high availability and rapid fault resolution.

The role requires 8+ years of PACO experience with Nokia/ZTE equipment, strong PS and VoLTE knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot signaling and call failures promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electronics & Telecommunication with 8+ years PACO experience.
• Experience on Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes/routers for O&M and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance of Nokia/ZTE PACO nodes and PS Core.
• Timely rollout of PS Core network.
• Adherence to NWS processes.
• NW modification and augmentation.
• Ensure network availability >99%.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Lead a team of packet core engineers.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. Should have thorough Knowledge on PS domain
2. Should have Knowledge on VoLTE
3. Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
4. Should be familiar with PS signaling flow
5. Should possess knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame
6. Should have knowledge on IP domain

Must have technical / professional qualifications

1. Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least eight years of PACO experience
2. Preferably Job experience in the ZTE/Nokia PACO nodes / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
