Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a TM TES Delivery professional to manage enterprise circuit feasibility and delivery governance. You will drive onnet and offnet last-mile services with strict adherence to timelines and revenue targets, supporting the technology function in delivering reliable connectivity across India.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in telecom enterprise/transmission, strong knowledge of DWDM, PTN, SDH and IP/MPLS, and proven vendor management experience within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Graduation – BE/BTech is essential.
• 3–7 years of telecom enterprise/transmission experience.
• Experience with transmission/enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for enterprise circuit feasibility, delivery and partner governance.
• Delivery of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per timelines.
• Revenue realisation targets: 90% monthly delivery and 95% target order value.
• Maintain 80% revenue from order book within 90 days.
• Improve delivery experience with strong group engagement and compliance.
• Ensure 8 weeks inbound/outbound WO delivery targets and improve TAT.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for all the enterprise circuit feasibility, delivery and partner governance
• Delivery of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per committed timelines.

• Revenue realisation of 80% for order book by segment within 90 days timeline
• Improve overall link delivery experience through Group Engagement -CRFS Compliance -92%
• 90% compliance to 8 weeks of inbound delivery from WO generation.
• 95% compliance to 8 weeks of outbound delivery from WO generation
• OffnetPO process ageing <4 days from Order generation

• Revenue realisation of 80% revenue as per Order book in a month within next 90days
• Not Connected FiberDelivery TAT 4 weeks for 95% of orders
• Not Connected UBR Pole Delivery TAT 2 Weeks for 95% of orders
• Not Connected UBR Tower Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95% of orders
• OFFNET Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95% of orders
• Revenue realisation of 90% of in month delivery
• CRFS compliance-92% across the board
• Average Delivery TAT to be reduced to 8 weeks from WO to commissioning of order in OSM
• Efficient Material planning and Capex management within budget guidelines and Inventory ageing of 45 Days.
• Technology innovation at low cost PTMP Radio UBR, IPficationof UBR rollout (New & Operational).
• Cost Optimization on Active/ Passive infrastructure and Transportation cost.
• Fiber/UBR/MW -3 Days
• Desktop -2 Days

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 3-7 years of Telecom domain experience in field of enterprise/transmission.
• Driving Vendors, Field Team and Circle Teams for achieving KPI to achieve monthly targets
• Good Knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies & Topologies of both Optics (DWDM, PTN, SDH) and IP (Internet protocol) / MPLS Etc.
• Handling change management, Material logistics & Inventory management.
• 100% compliance to Vodafone HSW policies and procedures.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Essential: Graduation – B.E. /B. tech.
• work ex: 3 - 7 years
• Experience with transmission/enterprise.
