Job summary

BFSI Connect is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end Mortgage Loan operations in Lucknow. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Operations, with hands-on experience from login to disbursement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of documentation, compliance norms, and TAT management, along with strong MIS reporting and stakeholder coordination skills. The position offers a competitive salary of up to 9.5 LPA and focuses on operational efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end file processing (Login to Disbursement).
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan documentation & compliance norms.
• Experience in coordination with Credit, Legal & Technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing TAT and handling multiple files.
• Experience working with Banks / NBFCs.
• Good MIS reporting and data management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete Mortgage Loan file processing from login to disbursement.
• Ensure TAT adherence and maintain process efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical, and Banking partners.
• Verify documentation accuracy and compliance standards.
• Manage escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain and share MIS reports on a daily/weekly basis.
• Ensure audit and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Support and guide team members on process updates.
