Job summary

ConveGenius is hiring a Talent Acquisition specialist in Dadri, UP to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage interview processes and ATS trackers.

You will build a strong candidate experience, track metrics, and maintain a talent pipeline to support rapid scale across India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and job portals.
• Experience hiring IT and non-IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Schedule and manage interview processes including technical and managerial rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings across multiple job portals and company career pages.
• Conduct salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience hiring for IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and Non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment trackers.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
