The Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy, execution, and team management to acquire top talent for Aeries. They play a critical role in ensuring the company hires the best possible candidates to achieve its business objectives.

• Shifts (if any): 1:00 AM onwards; candidate should be flexible to work as per business requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy tailored to our company's needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels and technologies to make data-driven decisions.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
  • Ensure consistent recruitment processes and practices across the organization.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with department managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with the HR and executive teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance the company's employer brand in the marketplace.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
  • Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment tactics.
• Vendor Management:
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent-related vendors.
  • Evaluate and manage the use of recruiting software and platforms.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure all recruiting processes are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
