Job summary

Aeries Technology in Mumbai, India, is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment strategy and build a high-performing team. The role focuses on scalable processes, stakeholder alignment, and delivering top talent to drive business objectives.

You will partner with HR and executives, oversee ATS and recruitment tools, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

The Manager/ Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy, execution, and team management to acquire top t alent for Aeries . They play a critical role in ensuring the company hires the best possible candidates to achieve its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy tailored to our company’s needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels and technologies to make data-driven decisions.
• Team Management :
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
  • Ensure consistent recruitment processes and practices across the organi zation.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with department managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with the HR and executive teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance the company's employer brand in the marketplace.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
  • Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment tactics.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent-related vendors.
• Evaluate and manage the use of recruiting software and platforms.
• Compliance:
  • Ensure all recruiting processes are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
