Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a senior recruitment leader to oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in Hyderabad. You will develop and execute talent strategies, partner with line leaders, and drive bulk and leadership hiring to meet aggressive targets.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and sourcing channels, with strong emphasis on analytics and process improvements to optimize time-to-hire and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing recruitment budgets, vendors, and sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet hiring targets within tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday.


• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI and advanced Excel.


• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
