Guidehouse India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to run end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with business leaders to understand requirements, develop strategies, and drive hiring targets within aggressive timelines.

You will manage a high-performing recruitment team, track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering insightful reports to leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience managing recruitment budgets, vendors, and sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet hiring targets within tight deadlines.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience managing large-scale hiring projects and ramp-up requirements.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
