Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across India, including healthcare verticals. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while maintaining data-driven hiring practices.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, volume hiring, and compliance, supported by ATS and analytics. Based in Hyderabad, you will join a team delivering impactful solutions for financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years in financial service recruitment.
• Experience handling volume hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain ATS, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Build talent pipelines for healthcare roles.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offers.
• Track offers, joining status, onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment policy compliance and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.

What You Will Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes
• Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to support regional hiring needs
• Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring healthcare roles.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Track offer acceptance, joining status, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records accurately in the ATS.

What You Will Need:

• 3-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial service recruitment.
• Experience handling volume hiring is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment would be an added advantage.
