Guidehouse India is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle and drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and development in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with leadership to shape people strategy, manage workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment laws, while delivering data-driven insights through HR analytics and dashboards.

• Deep understanding of performance management, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboards, and HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions and own the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with L&D to build targeted development plans.
• Manage employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Lead engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and action planning to improve culture.
• Develop HR dashboards and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management and support organizational transitions.
• Drive change initiatives and deliver business-focused HR outcomes.

What You Will Do

HR Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across functions.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and development.

Talent Management

• Identify capability gaps and partner with L&D to build targeted development plans.
• Support internal mobility and career progression planning.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and disciplinary processes.
• Proactively identify employee relations risks and maintain accurate documentation.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Lead engagement surveys, feedback cycles, and action planning.
• Implement culture-building, recognition, and communication initiatives.
• Enhance employee experience through structured engagement programs.

HR Data, Analytics & Reporting

• Use HR analytics to generate insights on attrition, engagement, and performance.
• Develop dashboards and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making.

Policy & Process Governance

• Implement HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
• Recommend policy and process improvements aligned with business needs and industry practices.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across HR processes.

Leadership & Business Partnering

• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational transitions.

What You Will Need

• Strong expertise in HRBP frameworks, HR operations, and employment laws.

Experience

6–10 years of experience in an end-to-end HRBP /HR Generalist role.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required by business needs.
