Tata Capital is seeking a User Experience Owner to lead the corporate business across all products, ensuring seamless customer interactions and high satisfaction. The role requires market insight into SME trends, competitive analysis, and a drive for continual product improvement.

You will collaborate with teams to develop a strategic product roadmap, track performance metrics, and oversee digital transformation initiatives to enhance offerings and client satisfaction in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of the corporate business across all products, ensuring seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of SCF as a product, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to grow market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Research and stay updated on technological trends, exploring how to incorporate them into program development.
• Facilitate team input at various stages of program development and design to ensure well-rounded solutions.
• Define and analyze performance metrics, prepare status reports, and assess future growth prospects.
• Conceptualize, implement, and lead technological advancement and digital transformation projects to enhance product offerings, client satisfaction, and reduce credit risk.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging SME trends and opportunities for product innovation.
• Continuously assess competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collect and analyze corporate feedback to inform product enhancements and updates.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs
