We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager – Manager – Strategic Support to serve as the single point of contact between Bright Future and an external consulting firm engaged for strategy development. This role is crucial in ensuring effective coordination, communication, and implementation support throughout the strategic planning process.

Responsibilities

• Liaison Management: Act as the primary point of contact between Bright Future and the consulting partner. Facilitate smooth communication, alignment of expectations, and timely sharing of data, inputs, and feedback.
• Project Coordination: Develop and manage timelines, meeting schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with the consulting team. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure their participation and contribution at key stages.
• Documentation & Analysis: Maintain clear records of meetings, decisions, and shared documents. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, identifying patterns and actionable insights. Support the synthesis of information and prepare concise briefs, dashboards, or reports for leadership review.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with leadership, program teams, and field staff to ensure their voices are included in the strategy development process. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions as required by the consultants.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the evolving strategy aligns with Bright Future’s mission, values, and on-ground realities. Support internal communication and change management during the transition to the new strategic plan.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategic planning roles.
• Experience working with or within social sector organizations or NGOs is preferred.
• Proven proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze datasets, draw insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and collaborative spirit.
