Job summary

Magic Billion, based in Noida, is seeking a Manager – Strategic Partnerships to build and manage high-impact collaborations with government departments, skill missions, CSR foundations, and educational institutions. The role drives international workforce deployment and skilling initiatives to support growth and candidate mobility.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in strategic partnerships, strong negotiation and proposal-writing skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.
• 5–8 years in Strategic Partnerships or related roles.
• Experience with Government, Skill Development, Education, HR or CSR is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with Government Departments, State Skill Development Missions, NSDC ecosystem partners, embassies, industry associations, and international workforce stakeholders.
• Identify and secure partnerships with CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, training institutions, universities, nursing colleges, ITIs, and skill centers.
• Lead discussions, negotiations, and closure of partnership agreements, MoUs, and collaboration frameworks.
• Create new sourcing channels for international workforce mobility programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement large-scale skilling and placement initiatives.
• Represent Magic Billion at conferences, government forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, presentations, and business cases.
• Monitor partnership performance, stakeholder engagement, and project outcomes.
• Support fundraising and grant opportunities through institutional and foundation partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across government and industry.

Role Summary

The Manager – Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with government departments, state skill missions, CSR foundations, educational institutions, industry associations, training providers, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role will drive strategic collaborations that support candidate mobilization, skilling programs, international workforce deployment, and business growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Government Relations, Business Development, CSR Partnerships, Institutional Alliances, or Workforce Development.
• Experience working with Government, Skill Development, Education, HR, Recruitment, or Social Impact sectors is preferred.
