HRD House is seeking a seasoned pharmaceutical manufacturing professional for its Ambernath plant to plan, coordinate and execute cGMP-compliant operations, ensuring shift-wise production, equipment utilization and timely documentation.

The role covers sterile/injectable production, aseptic processing, and leadership of production teams, with a strong emphasis on audits, compliance, and continuous productivity improvement. 15+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or M. Pharma with 15+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing operations per cGMP.
• Experience with vial/ampoule filling and injectable manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership of production teams and shop-floor operations.
• Hands-on aseptic/sterile manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience in supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits and timely closure of observations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manufacturing operations in the Ambernath plant per cGMP.
• Manage end-to-end sterile/injectable production activities including dispensing, filling, sealing, sterilization.
• Oversee manpower deployment, shift planning, and training of production staff.
• Support audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Ensure compliance, qualification, and documentation for commissioning and tech transfer.

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Plant of reputed Pharmaceuticals Company based at Ambernath and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing operations, including commissioning, qualification, and documentation as per cGMP. Ensures shift-wise production, compliance, equipment/utilization, training, and team management. Supports process validation, tech transfer, and continuous productivity improvement.
2. Candidate will be responsible for Manage end-to-end production activities for sterile/injectable formulations.
3. Candidate will be responsible for Handle production operations including dispensing, solution preparation/compounding, filtration, filling, sealing/capping, sterilization and related activities, as applicable to the facility.
4. Candidate will be responsible for Manage manpower deployment, shift planning, training and performance of production personnel.
5. Candidate will be responsible for Support internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be B. Pharma or M. Pharma with 15+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing operations, including commissioning, qualification, and documentation as per cGMP.
2. Candidate should have good knowledge of Experience in handling vial/ampoule filling and associated injectable manufacturing processes.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge of handling production teams and shop-floor operations.
