Job summary

Eris is seeking a production planning professional in India to manage day-to-day production scheduling and resource allocation. The role focuses on ensuring CGMP compliance, coordinating with QA/QC/stores, and maintaining documentation and calibration of equipment.

Ideal candidates have a B.Pharm or M.Pharm with injectable and biosimilar experience preferred, and strong coordination and auditing capabilities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree required.
• CGMP knowledge preferred.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day production scheduling and ensure availability of Raw, PPM & SPM.
• Allocate production work and manage manpower.
• Ensure smooth area activities and CGMP compliance.
• Handle audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
• Allocate manpower per job responsibilities.
• Ensure smooth operation of optical, dispensing, machines, washing, filling, labeling and packing activities.
• Coordinate with QA, QC and stores for production processes.
• Ensure timely calibration of equipment and instruments.
• Maintain online documentation and training as per plan.
• Prepare for audits as required.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure day to day production planning and availability of Raw & PPM & SPM Allocation of production job and manpower management.

Ensure that the all area activity should going on smoothly

Ensure that the all activity is going on as per the CGMP requirement

Handling of Audit & its compliance.

Man Power allocation as per their job responsibility

Ensure that the optical, dispensing, machine, washing, filling, labeling packing activity is going on smoothly.

Ensure timely calibration of equipments / instruments and gauges.

Ensure full capacity utilization of resources.

Ensure that the all documents should be fill online

Ensure that the all training season is going on properly as per plan.

Audit preparation as per the requirement

Coordination with other departments (QA, QC, & store) to ensure smooth functioning of production process.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for B Pharm/M Pharm - Injectable & Biosimilar experience would be preferred
