Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor all activities related to the aseptic area.
• Clean and sanitize machines, instruments, equipment, and area.
• Conduct line clearance activity before commencing operations.
• Operate the machines, filling instruments, and equipment in the area.
• Fill all records and logbooks related to aseptic manufacturing, filling, cleaning, DP and temperature monitoring.
• Manage activities related to the aseptic area such as line clearances before any production activity, aseptic batch manufacturing, filling activity, and sanitization as applicable.
• Inform the supervisor immediately of any observation or disturbance found in the aseptic area.
• Maintain self-hygiene, cleaning & sanitization of area, follow SOPs, and complete documents.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedule of machines, instruments and equipment, performing preventive maintenance as needed.
• Follow cGMP, Good Document Practice, and maintain discipline in the department.
• Perform additional activities as required by the HOD, following their instruction and guidance.
• Ensure qualification and calibration status of equipment and instruments to avoid due/overdue.
• Attend training as scheduled and perform work accordingly.
