Your Will Be's

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager – Growth (Junior Category) to own growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation across our children's wearable ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour across two distinct audiences—children who interact with the product every day and parents who make purchase decisions and manage the overall experience.

You will build product experiences that are engaging without being addictive, rewarding without being distracting, and delightful while maintaining the highest standards of trust and safety.

  • Own the growth strategy across the Junior ecosystem, driving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and monetisation.
  • Design engaging product experiences that encourage healthy habits, learning, movement, exploration, and family interaction while remaining age-appropriate.
  • Build product-led growth initiatives that improve daily active usage, long-term retention, and customer lifetime value across both child and parent journeys.
  • Define engagement frameworks using gamification, achievements, rewards, challenges, streaks, collectibles, and interactive experiences designed specifically for younger users.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Firmware, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams to launch high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Identify friction across onboarding, device setup, parental controls, child activation, and everyday usage to improve overall customer experience.
  • Drive monetisation opportunities through premium experiences, family subscriptions, digital services, accessories, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion without compromising customer trust.
  • Build experimentation frameworks using A/B testing, behavioural analytics, and customer insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop strategies that strengthen parent engagement through intelligent notifications, activity summaries, wellness insights, location features, communication tools, and safety experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with User Research to deeply understand children's behaviours, family dynamics, and evolving consumer expectations.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and present actionable insights to leadership using data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of global trends across children's technology, digital wellness, family platforms, education technology, wearable innovation, and connected ecosystems.
The Ideal Noisemaker
  • 4-8 years of Product Management experience building consumer-facing digital products with strong ownership of Growth, Engagement, Monetisation, or Platform experiences.
  • Demonstrated success improving customer acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, or revenue through data-driven product initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural design, customer lifecycle management, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics.
  • Experience designing gamification systems, reward mechanics, loyalty programs, or habit-forming product experiences is highly preferred.
  • Ability to balance business growth with responsible product design, user safety, privacy, and ethical engagement principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity about children's digital behaviour, family technology adoption, and emerging trends across connected devices and consumer electronics.
  • Experience in Consumer Technology, EdTech, HealthTech, Gaming, Family Products, Wearables, or Subscription businesses is preferred.
