Manager, Infineon India Strategic Programs
Infineon India is the second largest and fastest‑growing Global Capability Site in our network, with nearly 3,000 staff across R&D, Product & Technical Marketing, Application Engineering, Digitalisation, Supply Chain and more. It plans to grow to over 4,500 staff in 3‑4 years. The Manager, Infineon India Strategic Programs, is based in the MD’s Office and will act as a strategic enabler and trusted partner to the MD.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
Strategic Planning & Program Management
- Support the MD in defining and executing strategic initiatives across R&D, Supply Chain, Applications, IT, and other functions.
- Drive the annual planning cycle for employer branding, innovation, employee engagement, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Plan, manage and track budgets associated with these initiatives, ensuring impact and cost effectiveness.
- Prepare strategic briefs, reports and presentations for leadership and external engagements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track progress against strategic priorities.
- Ensure follow‑up and accountability across teams for timely completion of actions.
Employer Branding & External Relations
- Partner with HR, Communications, IT, and business leaders to design and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate programs with universities, research institutions, and startups to strengthen Infineon India’s ecosystem presence.
- Support the MD in preparing for external forums, industry conferences, and academic interactions.
Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement
- Manage initiatives to foster innovation across the site, including idea challenges, hackathons, and incubator/startup partnerships.
- Track outcomes from innovation and ecosystem engagement programs.
Leadership & Stakeholder Support
- Ensure structured planning, alignment, and execution of leadership team decisions.
- Prepare strategic briefs, presentations, and communication material for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks, flag potential gaps, and proactively propose solutions.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with an MBA, preferably specialising in strategy.
- 8–12 years of experience in program management, strategy, or leadership support roles in technology, semiconductor, or global high‑tech industries.
- Prior experience working in the CEO/Managing Director’s office and managing cross‑functional projects.
- Strong program management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans and manage budgets.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to track and report metrics effectively.
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, high‑paced environments, and multiple priorities.
- Exposure to employer branding, university/industry partnerships, or innovation ecosystems will be an advantage.
