Job summary

HRD House Bengaluru invites a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in finance to join as Senior Finance Analyst. You will lead MIS and financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring robust financial controls.

You will prepare quarterly financial statements per Ind AS, manage month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and COGS, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with Ind AS and the Companies Act. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in MIS, financial reporting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of Ind AS, statutory compliance and financial accounting.
• Hands-on with month-end closing, provisions, accruals and COGS.
• Exposure to statutory and internal audits.
• Knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, reconciliations and working capital.
• Strong analytical, communication, team-handling and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

8. Candidate will be responsible for cross-functional coordination and guiding the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial closure.
