Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, and MIS. The role requires strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities.

You will oversee accounting operations, audits, real estate and investment accounting, and treasury, delivering timely closures and comprehensive MIS to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Ind AS preferred.
• Familiar with GST, TDS and Income Tax provisions.
• Experience with ERP systems for accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate statutory audits and tax audits; address audit observations.
• Account for project costs, budgets, and project cash flows in real estate accounting.
• Account for investments and prepare MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance and tax planning.
• Support cash flow planning and working capital management; prepare monthly MIS.

Job Brief

We are seeking for an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred).

Audit & Finalization

• Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial disclosures.
• Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings.

Real Estate Accounting

• Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.
• Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.
• Track customer receivables, advances, retention money, and project cash flows.

Investment Accounting

• Accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.
• Reconciliation of investment portfolios and income accounting.
• Preparation of MIS and investment performance reports.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities as required.

Treasury & Banking

• Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, and payment controls.
• Assist in cash flow planning and working capital management.

MIS & Business Support

• Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
• Provide analytical insights to management for decision-making.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems
