Job summary

HR Mind in Bangalore (Location- Bangalore Local Preferred) is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager with CA qualification and 5+ years post-CA experience to lead the finance function in the real estate sector.

You will oversee MIS, statutory audits, tax compliance, budgeting, and investor presentations, guiding a team of 24 and coordinating with group finance. Location- Bangalore Local Preferred, on-site engagement in India.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-CA experience.
• Experience in real estate finance.
• Experience with Ind AS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting per Ind AS.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including ledgers and journals.
• Supervise a team of 24 finance professionals.
• Handle GST, TDS and other tax compliances.
• Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Monitor customer receivables ageing for 1,500+ customers.
• Manage vendor payments, milestones, cancellations and reissues.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support financial planning and business case feasibility analysis.
• Prepare financial models, lender models and investor presentations.
• Coordinate with business teams and auditors for reporting and consolidation.
• Ensure accounting controls and cash-flow management.

Roles & Responsibilities Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as per Ind AS.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including ledgers, journals and financial records.
• Supervise and guide a team of 24 finance professionals.
• Handle GST, TDS and other tax compliances and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Manage Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Monitor customer receivables, ageing and reconciliations for 1,500+ customers.
• Manage vendor payments, payment milestones, cancellations and reissues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support management in financial planning and business case/feasibility analysis.
• Prepare financial models, lender models and investor presentations for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with business teams, internal auditors and Group Finance for reporting and consolidation.
• Ensure proper accounting controls, compliance and accuracy across financial transactions.
• Monitor significant cash inflows/outflows and support effective cash-flow management.
