Job summary

2coms in Mumbai is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&I) Engineer to oversee electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at an oil storage terminal.

You will troubleshoot, plan preventive maintenance, calibrate instruments, and ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

With 5+ years in Oil & Gas and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, ATEX and Functional Safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the oil storage terminal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance planning, inspections, testing, commissioning, and equipment reliability.
• Monitor and maintain DCS, PLC/SCADA, ESD, tank gauging systems, control valves, and actuators.
• Perform and supervise instrument calibration and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and internal departments.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and safe operation of E&I systems.
