Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&I) Engineer to oversee electrical, instrumentation and control systems at an oil storage terminal in Mumbai. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas. ATEX and Functional Safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at the oil storage terminal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance planning, inspections, testing, commissioning, and equipment reliability.
• Monitor and maintain DCS, PLC/SCADA, ESD, tank gauging systems, control valves, and actuators.
• Perform and supervise instrument calibration and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and internal departments.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and safe operation of E&I systems.
