Job summary

DS Group in Noida is seeking a Senior Manager for Automation & Robotics to lead and deliver factory automation projects. You will oversee design concepts, supplier engagement, and the rollout of automation systems across plants, ensuring timelines and performance targets are met.

The role requires expertise in high-speed robotics, PLC/SCADA/DCS/MES/WMS environments, and ISA-95 alignment, with experience across Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Omron control systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing automation projects and delivering timelines.
• Ability to analyse automation needs based on factory conditions and requirements.
• Experience engaging with suppliers, defining scope, and ensuring FAT/SAT compliance.

Job Description:

• To implement the manufacturing automation at factories as per timelines.
• To analyse and develop the automation needs as per factory conditions/ requirements.
• Supplier engagements to comply technical requirements, FAT and SAT procedures.
• Prepare technical documents, URS etc. for clear scope and performance specifications finalization.
• To prepare the automation charter and timelines for implementations.
• To engage with suppliers and conclude on the right design and concept.
• Need to have experience with handling high speed robots, gantry & complex control system environments including PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, WMS as per ISA-95 requirements.
• Control system exposure with Rockwell/ Siemens/ Mitsubishi/ Schneider/ Omron.
• To Implement AI in manufacturing and automation with complete understanding of system architecture.
