Qualifications

• CMA with 10-12 years of experience.
• Expert in marginal costing and standard costing.
• Expert in variance analysis and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow).
• Strong budgeting, accounting standards and tax knowledge.
• Proficient in SAP CO/MM; advanced Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget at company level and set KPIs; monitor and take corrective action.
• Prepare monthly financial review (P&L, profitability, working capital) and deviation analysis.
• CAPEX budgeting, forecast, actuals, and invest tracking; report sharing with functions.
• Maintain SAP master data (cost centers, PR/PO hierarchies) and reviews.
• Monitor corporate expenses; prepare budget vs actuals reports.
• Identify and implement automation/digitization projects to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate audits with plants; harmonize processes across functions.

Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance management: prepare budget at company level, set KPIs for all functions in line with the budget, monitor the KPIs and initiate necessary corrective action.
• Performance review: prepare monthly financial review (P&L, segment/division wise profitability, product wise profitability, failure cost, working capital etc.), deviation analysis, plan corrective actions in consultation with respective functions and follow on the same.
• CAPEX management: Budget and forecast compilation at company level, actuals on monthly basis, Budget vs Actual comparison, discussion with functions on major investments, sharing reports with all functions, tracking of major investments and follow up, support all functions for CAPEX tool.
• SAP master data maintenance (cost center master, PR approval hierarchy, CAPEX approval hierarchy), Old PR PO review & deletion.
• Corporate expenses monitoring and analysis, review, budget vs actuals reports, meetings with functions on regular basis.
• Automation & digitization: identify & implement projects to automate/digitize processes in order to improve efficiency & accuracy.
• Audit coordination with plants.
• Central controlling activities, coordination with plants and functions for various activities, harmonization of processes.
