Job summary

KSB is seeking a Deputy Manager/Manager IE in India to drive process planning, standard time calculations, and lean manufacturing initiatives. The role focuses on MIS analysis, routings for new materials, and capacity optimization, with emphasis on cost reductions in subcontracting and logistics.

Proactive Lean projects and equipment selection are expected. Qualified candidates will have SAP-PP experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tool-Engineering and Process Planning.
• Experience with Time Study, Time Estimation and MOST.
• Hands-on SAP-PP module knowledge and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Lean manufacturing.
• Exposure to engineering industry manufacturing processes.
