Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned SCM professional to lead end-to-end spares readiness for new product launches, including IDK and IWK.

The role requires coordinating across engineering, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, quality, sales, and suppliers to ensure launch readiness. You will plan sourcing, procurement, inventory, and distribution of launch spares, ensuring packaging price closure before SOS and on-time dispatch to dealers and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering/Technology is required.
• 8–12 years of experience in CDMM/component development, product lifecycle, and vehicle launches.
• Strong SAP knowledge and SCM process understanding.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end spares readiness for new product launches, including IDK and IWK.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, SCM, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Sales and Suppliers.
• Plan and execute sourcing, procurement, inventory, and distribution of launch-related spares and kits.
• Ensure packaging price closure and material readiness before SOS.
• Drive AD Kit planning, availability, and deployment as per business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, material availability, inventory levels, and launch KPIs.
• Manage engineering changes, part switchovers, and aftermarket spares readiness.
• Ensure on-time dispatch of launch kits and spares to dealers and warehouses.
• Drive inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous process improvements.
• Support smooth development-to-sales transition for all new product launches.
• 100% IDK & IWK readiness for new product launches.
• Timely availability of launch spares, AD Kits, and aftermarket parts.
• On-time sourcing, procurement, and dispatch to dealers and warehouses.
• Supplier readiness and delivery performance.
• Packaging price closure before SOS.
• Launch shortage and supply risk mitigation.
• Inventory optimization and cost-effective logistics.
• Effective cross-functional coordination from development to sales.
• Continuous improvement in spares supply chain performance.

General Experience

Experience 8 to 12 Years.

Experience in the CDMM/component development, Product life cycle and hands of experience in the handling new project/ launch of vehicle.

Strong understanding of SAP system and SCM flow.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
