Expleo is seeking an Automotive engineer to join our team in Chennai, India, helping to transform mobility through autonomous vehicles, electric mobility and digitalisation. You will work on projects that enhance safety, efficiency and environmental impact while supporting customers worldwide.

You will coordinate supplier deliveries, run MRP in SAP, and ensure 100% stock accuracy in ERP. The role emphasizes collaboration, process discipline and timely execution to keep production running

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of serial life management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and MRP.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage schedules.
• Attention to stock accuracy and cycle counts.

Aufgaben

• Daily supplier follow up for parts as per orders released in EDI.
• Coordinate with suppliers on forecast and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Run MRP in SAP based on Forecast & Customer Production Plan.
• Release and maintain supplier delivery schedules / Schedule Lines in SAP/Email/Supplier Portal.
• Expedite critical parts and arrange premium freight to avoid line stoppage.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy in SAP/ERP and conduct cycle counts.
• Manage engineering changes and handover from new projects to serial life.

Responsibilities
