Job summary

Utkarsh Placement in Gujarat seeks a procurement professional to plan, manage and buy domestic and import raw chemicals and materials. You will establish, manage and enhance supplier relationships, identify new suppliers, negotiate offers and monitor price trends.

You will handle import liaison, data analytics, MIS reporting and ISO 9001/EPM exposure. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Plan, manage and buy domestic and import raw chemicals and materials.
• Establish, manage and enhance supplier relationships.
• Identify new suppliers and conduct supplier audits.
• Negotiate commercial offers and monitor price trends.
• Exposure to ISO 9001, EPM, data mining and analytics.

In line with sourcing strategy.

• To ensure materials are received on time, in full quantity and at most competitive rates and with acceptable quality standards.
• To Establish, Manage and Enhance supplier relationship.
• To Identify new suppliers, Conduct supplier audits.
• To Negotiate commercial offers , Monitor price trends for key RMs
• To handle diversity of chemicals requirement , import CHA liassoning , collaborate with R & D , Factory & Planning
• Control Requirement against Delivered quantity.
• Preparation of MIS
• Exposure to E-Procurement
• Exposure to Data mining , flare for analytics
• Exposure to ISO 9001 , Enterprise Process Management EPM
• Negotiation skills, Financial acumen
