  • Establish technical thought leadership and serve as a strategic advisor to senior partner stakeholders

You will combine hands‑on technical leadership with people management, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results while continuously evolving in scope and capability. This role requires a self‑directed innovator who is a strong communicator, able to influence and motivate teams to action, with a proven track record of managing technical teams in fast‑paced, global environments.

At Amazon, you’ll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI‑powered capabilities that accelerate decision‑making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. • Manage performance, career development, and succession planning for team members, ensuring clear paths for growth
  • Foster a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation

  • Drive detailed discussions with partners on how Fuse integrates with their existing services; anticipate integration challenges and advise/influence to ensure successful outcomes
