Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying robust, scalable enterprise software on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience managing technical teams and mentoring engineers at various skill levels.
• Proven track record of implementing AI-powered components, optimizing AI workflows, and integrating ML models into production systems.
• Proven expert in microservices architecture, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment) of complex project features while mentoring a team of engineers.
• Provide technical leadership with a significant focus on architecting and integrating AI-driven capabilities across enterprise systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading the full lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment) of complex project features while managing and mentoring a team of engineers
• Provides technical leadership with a significant focus on architecting and integrating AI-driven capabilities across enterprise systems

Technical Leadership

• Architects and designs scalable, high-performance solutions that leverage AI coding assistants, AI-powered insights, and machine learning models to accelerate development and enhance system capabilities
• Drives technical decision-making for the team, establishing coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns
• Leads code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure quality and knowledge sharing
• Identifies and resolves complex technical challenges, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Champions innovation by researching and implementing emerging AI technologies and cloud platform capabilities

Team Management

• Manages and mentors a team of 5-8 software engineers, providing career development guidance and performance feedback
• Conducts 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and creates individual development plans aligned with organizational goals
• Fosters a collaborative, inclusive team culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation
• Delegates work effectively, balancing team capacity with project priorities and individual growth opportunities
• Removes blockers and ensures the team has necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying robust, scalable enterprise software on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience managing technical teams and mentoring engineers at various skill levels
• Proven track record of implementing AI-powered components, optimizing AI workflows, and integrating ML models into production systems
• Proven deep expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven solid problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated leadership in technical excellence
• Proven expert in Angular/React and Java development within microservices architectures deployed on Azure, with deep knowledge of cloud-native patterns, DevOps practices, and AI/ML integration strategies
