Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, application modernization, cloud adoption, and engineering best practices.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor Technical Leads and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, operational excellence, security, compliance, and quality expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
