Virtuous Advisors & Resources in Mumbai invites an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day trading settlements, PMS operations, and regulatory reporting.

You will handle inflows/outflows, cash flows, and daily reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across systems like CBrics, NDS, and Ekuber, while coordinating with custodians, banks, and fund accountants. CA or MBA is preferred; strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accounting of inflows and outflows for the day and securities.
• Trade settlements and confirmation with custodians; settlement checks.
• Daily reconciliations of securities and preparing cash flows.
• Regulatory reporting; MIS reports for clients.
• Interact with fund accountants, custodians, banks and RTA.
• Prepare financial statements and area-specific reports.

Job description

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting of Inflows & Outflows for the day. Preparing masters/ for securities in Wealth Spectrum/ opening new accounts.
• Trade settlements , confirming deals with the custodian. Accounting & Settlement of the same. Checks & Procedures for fixed income deal settlement on various settlement systems such as CBrics, NDS, E-Kuber. Corporate Action Interest, redemption & IPO, new issue related activities for G sec, SDL, Corp bonds.
• To do Daily Reconciliations of securities
• Preparing Cash Flows based on inflows & outflows.
• Knowledge of PMS Operations and accounting
• Regulatory reportings and filings.
• MIS reports and reports for clients
• Communicating with outsourced vendors including Fund accountants for PMS, Custodians, Bankers, RTA
• Prepare specified financial statements, analysis and reports for a specific area or specific clients.
