Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is recruiting for an AIF capital mobilisation role, handling direct client acquisition (B2C) and channel sales (B2B) to grow the investment platform.

You will identify HNI/UHNI investors and collaborate with wealth management firms to place the flagship real estate AIF, aligning risk, liquidity and return expectations with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated fund raising experience.
• Wealth distribution experience with intermediaries required.

Responsibilities

Job description

• An investment and advisory platform across alternative investment funds, asset management and corporate finance is hiring for AIF capital mobilisation through both direct client acquisition (B2C) and channel sales (B2B). Reports to Senior Management / Founders.

Key responsibilities

Direct (B2C):

• Identify, acquire and develop HNI, UHNI and affluent investor relationships
• Generate direct leads through personal network, referrals, events and market outreach
• Understand investor objectives and risk appetite and match them to the fund proposition

Key responsibilities

Channel (B2B):

• Develop and manage relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, family offices and financial advisors
• Identify and onboard productive channel partners; run product training and engagementAlso: develop deep understanding of the AIF offerings
• strategy, portfolio, underlying assets, structure, tenure, return expectations, risks and liquidity; stay current on competing AIF and private credit products; build a prospect database and identify new geographic and institutional markets.
• Must have: demonstrated fund raising, investment product sales or wealth distribution (not advisory, not servicing), and BOTH an HNI / UHNI relationship base AND an intermediary distribution network.
