Job summary

Fidelity India is seeking a Manager - Security Infrastructure in Chennai to lead and support the physical security infrastructure across sites. You will oversee access control, video applications, databases, and RSOC operations, coordinating vendors and on-call support around the clock.

You will drive upgrades, maintenance, and reporting on security systems, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams for future-proof solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in security systems (financial services a plus)
• Certifications such as PSP or equivalent are advantageous
• Knowledge of Lenel and Genetec applications and PSIM preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage access control, visitor management, and video application databases
• Support RSOC daily operations, manage vendors, and provide 24/7 on-call support
• Escalate emergencies and drive timely resolution of security systems
• Oversee upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance of Lenel hardware and field devices
• Prepare detailed reports, analyze trends, and propose practical solutions
• Support badge database maintenance for Fidelity locations and auditing
• Identify gaps and report improvements with actionable solutions to management

Job Title - Manager - Security Infrastructure

The Purpose of This Role

To manage and support the physical security infrastructure, which includes various applications, databases, and any ancillary technical hardware associated with these systems

The Value You Deliver

• Manage access control, visitor management, and video application and associated database
• Support the security operations and RSOC team daily, manage vendors and provide on call support rotational 24/7/365
• Effectively communicates and escalates emergency situations to the proper stakeholders and takes charge of providing timely resolution of security systems
• Participate in and support security system technical upgrades, repairs and preventative maintenance of Lenel database, hardware and other field devices
• Prepares detailed written reports, analyzes trend data and draws conclusions that can be translated into solutions to customer and departmental problems
• Provides support for all off site Fidelity locations and support the auditing and control functions relative to badge database maintenance
• Should be able to assess gaps, improvement opportunities and non-compliance to security guidelines within the security system deployment and report these to the management along with solutions to address

• 10+ years of work experience; experience in Maintenance and Operations of Security Systems in the financial services industry a plus technical experience of large enterprise security and risk systems a plus
• Certifications such as PSP or any equivalent certifications will be added advantage

• Knowledge of any enterprise security solution software like Lenel and Genetec applications
• Knowledge and experience on PSIM Genetec mission control knowledge preferred
• Knowledge and experience on LAN (Passive and Active), SQL and Windows servers
• Should be well versed in project management skills and MS projects software
• Should be well versed with security system design and use of AutoCAD
• Should have strong people management kills
• Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize simultaneous projects facets
• Strong judgment, decision making, and ability to assess and manage risk
