FIS Global Business Solutions India Private Ltd in Chennai, India is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst II to support identity and access management for Windows environments. The role involves privileged access management, Windows access governance, and StrongDM services, with collaboration across India, Manila, and the US.

The position requires hands-on Windows AD administration, log review, and experience with ServiceNow and CrowdStrike Falcon.

Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

About the role

As a Cybersecurity Analyst II based in Chennai, India, you will support identity and access management services for Windows environments. You will work on privileged access management, Windows access governance, StrongDM services, account lifecycle management, and security controls. You will collaborate with colleagues across India, Manila, and the US, as well as cybersecurity, Windows support, application, and project teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Administer user and service account lifecycle activities and Windows access governance.
• Support privileged access management using BeyondTrust and CyberArk.
• Administer StrongDM services, including onboarding and Windows-to-StrongDM migration activities.
• Support access governance, security controls, compliance, and audit activities.
• Troubleshoot access issues and review logs, security controls, and access requests.

What you bring

Required qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access management, Windows administration, or a related field.
• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST hours, supporting US business hours.
• Hands-on Windows Active Directory administration skills and experience with privileged access concepts and shared resources.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including the ability to review and interpret logs, security controls, and access requests.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform and knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory/LDAP, Group Policy, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with CyberArk, StrongDM, Windows security hardening, or scripting using PowerShell, SQL, C++, or Python.
• Audit, compliance, or SOX-related experience or relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISA, or CISSP.
