Financial / Functional Perspective

• Support achievement of Channel Sales targets related to revenue, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, and financial performance against plan.

• Support delivery of a positive customer and stakeholder experience.

Internal Process Perspective

• Execute assigned AOP initiatives and action plans as per defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and documentation for AOP reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across LTR to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Support process improvements, SOP adherence, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in periodic performance reviews and audits.

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective

• Develop functional and behavioral skills required to meet AOP objectives.
• Participate in training programs, reviews, and feedback sessions.
